ACTIVITIES & WILDLIFE
The highlight of a safari in this region is the big game. Large herds of Elephant and Buffalo can often be seen particularly in drier winter months from July to October. Lion sightings are excellent and this region is also famed for its diversity of big antelope including greater & lesser kudu, sable and roan.
Activities include game drives in open safari vehicles and walking in this region is exceptional. We recommend a minimum of 3 nights at this camp in order to make full use of everything that this incredible region has to offer. This camp also combines really well with Sand Rivers Camp in the Selous or Jongomero Camp which is located in a different part of Ruaha further South in the park.
