The Royal Livingstone is one of the most luxurious hotels on the Zambia side of the Victoria Falls. The hotel lies along the banks of the Zambezi River just upstream from the Victoria Falls. The massive spray that is projected from the falls can be easily seen from the hotel. The hotel offers luxury and has a colonial style.

The rooms at the Royal Livingstone are grouped together in two story blocks. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and have their own private terrace.
The main dining and lounge areas are decorated in colonial style and are very luxurious. The Royal Livingstone is well known for its massive lawns stretching out from the main building to the banks of the Zambezi River. Zebra can often be seen wandering around on the hotel lawns. There is also a lovely big pool and a fantastic deck that juts out over the often fast flowing Zambezi River, where one can have a cold refreshment and marvel at the spray from the falls.
