PRICING

High Season: 1st July-31 October
Low Season: 1 January – 30 June (although the Falls are their most impressive from February to May), and November/December.

ACCOMMODATION

There are 10 luxury chalets consisting of:
* 8 twin bedded chalets; 2 honeymoon chalets. This camp can accommodate 20 guests

Thatched, split level Chalet details:
* Magnificent views of the sunset and river
* En-suite bathrooms with bath and shower with great views across the river, in 8 bedrooms bathroom is situated underneath the bedroom.
* Fans, Mosquito nets and coils in chalets.
* Completely open fronted rooms with small balcony, one room can accommodate wheelchairs and wheelchair ramps are available
* Soaps, shampoos and insect repellents are supplied in each room

CAMP DESCRIPTION

  • Main lodge building with its old style green roof, houses the dining room, well stocked library and drawing room
  • Card tables and board games
  • Croquet lawn
  • Swimming pool on the edge of the cliff overlooking the river
  • Night security guards
  • Lamps to light pathways
  • Fire hoses throughout
  • Curio shop

ACTIVITIES

The following activities are included in the full board price:
* Visits to Musi oa Tunya National Park in 1×7-seater open safari vehicle and 2×7-seater closed Mercedes Benz minibuses.
* Fishing and sundowner boat trips to island in front of the lodge
* Visits to historical Livingstone, Livingstone Museum & Railway Museum
* Jewish tour
* Visits to the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls (umbrellas and ponchos are provided by the lodge)
* See a local 700 year-old African village

SUGGESTED DAILY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE

Below is only a suggestion as to what may happen in camp – as daily wildlife sightings tend to throw the schedule right out of schedule.

07h30 – Tea or coffee in rooms
08h00–09h00 – Full English breakfast served in the dining room
09h00 – First activity, guests decide what they would like to do
12h30–14h00 – Lunch is served in the dining room, these times are flexible and depend on guests preferences
16h30—Tea and eats
17h00 – Afternoon activity, usually a boating activity with sundowner drinks
19h30 – Pre-dinner drinks in the main building (19h00 in July & August)
20h00 – Dinner in dining room, on lawn or on veranda etc. Nouvelle Cuisine, long trousers are encouraged (19h30 in July & August)

- Guests are able to participate in a post-dinner floodlit croquet match on the croquet lawn
