Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge Fact Sheet

TARIFFS INCLUDE:
Luxury accommodation. Laundry service. Two game drives per day. Three meals daily. All beverages excluding premiere wines from our wine cellar. Tea & Coffee. Optional walking safaris. Road transfer from the Madikwe Airstrip to the Lodge.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:
Guests may arrive any time from 12:00am, and rooms are to be vacated by 11:00am.

TARIFFS EXCLUDE:
Curio shop purchases. Premiere wines from the wine cellar. Telephone call. Lodge transfers. Airport Tax Tourism Levy of R 10–00 per person per night.

WHAT TO TAKE:
Comfortable walking shoes, sun hat, sunglasses, sun block, cameras and binoculars, light, neutral coloured clothing, swimming costume, warm jackets are essential in winter (May – October).

ACCOMMODATION:
Eight large luxury air-conditioned suites, complete with private plunge pools, under-floor heating, mini-bar, fire places, outside showers, and great views. (Little Madikwe Hills consists of the two-bedroomed Presidential Suite/Family Suite and two additional suites as above). The combined camps can accommodate a maximum of twenty-four guests.

DISTANCES:
Johannesburg to Madikwe Hills via Zeerust / Abjaterskop Gate± 4hours 30minutes drive (±330km).

FACILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
Open air veranda, lounge, bar and dining room, boma, a library, fully-equipped gym, massage sala, well stocked curio shop, fully stocked wine cellar, open vehicle game drives, walking safaris, and bush dinners.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO LODGE:
Via Zeerust / Abjaterskop Gate (Detailed map and directions supplied by reservations). Gates open at 06h00 and closes at 21h00. Entrance fee into the Madikwe Reserve by Road (subject to change): R 25–39 per adult & R 12–70 per child (Please settle in camp).

CHILDREN:
Children 10 years and older are welcome at the Main Camp. Children under
10 years old can be accommodated in the FAMILY SUITE, which is ideally suited to children of any age. Babysitters are available
