SINGITA SWENI LODGE
The new satellite Singita Sweni Lodge is set nearby Lebombo lodge in an exclusive 15,000-hectare concession on the remote eastern boundary of the Kruger National Park. Singita Sweni Lodge consists of six supremely luxurious hides tucked away among the trees along the Sweni River and contains a classic safari feel throughout whilst still maintaining Singita’s trademark signature of luxury and elegance.
Singita, which means “The Miracle” in the local Shangaan language, has four distinctive properties, each having set new standards for the ultimate African bush and wildlife experience. Accommodation
Both Singita Sweni and Singita Lebombo Lodges have their own en-suite bathroom and shower, outside shower, mini bar and fridge, room mini safe, air conditioning, overhead fans, direct dial telephones and game-viewing deck. Hairdryers, insect spray, mosquito repellant, and Citronella wipes are available in all the suites. International adapters and converters are available at reception.
Activities & Wildlife
Your time at Singita is your own. While the lodge offers game drives and walks, and the finest ‘Big Five’ game viewing in Southern Africa, Singita is distinguished by the wide range of activities its guests are free to enjoy at the lodges. Early morning and afternoon / spotlit evening game drives in open Land Rovers are offered daily, as well as guided bush walks. Also on offer are: seasonal fishing, community tours, and archery. Bush breakfasts and sunset cocktails may be arranged for you in some of the most scenic spots in the reserve, or you may dine on the privacy of your deck.
Wellness Centre
The epitome of every stay at Singita’s lodges is the luxurious care one indulges in at the health spa. Your Masseuse offers treatments from the more conventional European massages to Ayurveda and acupuncture, be indulged with reflexology, manicures, facials and aromatherapy.
