Accommodation
Each of the 25 air-conditioned thatched suites feature exquisite ethnic décor in keeping with the bushveld environment. The bathroom with its cavernous bath, interior and exterior showers, offer open views to the river plains beyond. The lodge features artistically designed open courtyards with spectacular wooden carvings by renowned South African sculptors, created from wood salvaged from the bushveld.
Mandleve Suite at Bush Lodge is an ultra-luxury suite perfect for honeymooners. It encompasses a large suite, open plan lounge and spacious bathroom with outside shower and a private swimming pool, safari, personal attendant plus in room dining is also available.
Activities and Wildlife
Wildlife within the Kruger National Park is unrivalled as there are over 500 species of bird, and over 140 mammal species including nearly 2,000 Lion, over 9,000 Elephant, 25,000 Buffalo, and over 3,000 Black and White Rhino. As there are no fences between the Kruger National Park and Sabi Sand Reserve, the wildlife is allowed to roam freely between these to regions.
Bush Lodge offers both day and night safaris in an open Land Rover as well as walking safaris, allowing guests the opportunity to seek out the amazing array of wildlife within the Kruger Park and Sabi Sand Reserve.
