The Country House and Villas offers 14 luxury rooms and 12 New Villa Suites – most lead out onto balconies or private patios. Visit the Huguenot Monument and learn of the families who settled on land in the Cape given to them by Governor Simon van der Stel. The in house Monneaux restaurant, voted as one of South Africa’s Top Restaurants, has become known for its innovative Modern French Cuisine, prepared with fresh, well sourced ingredients and is exquisitely presented. A-la-Carte lunches are served on the magnificent new fountain terrace whilst dinner is served in the understated, yet elegant, dining room or enclosed verandah.
