CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in time is any time after 14h00.
Check out time is any time before 11h00.
Subject to availability, we will endeavour to accommodate late departures without additional charge. If however, there is limited availability, an additional room charge will be levied for occupancy up to 18h00, after which an additional night’s charge will be levied.
A guaranteed early check-in prior to 14h00 can be arranged by pre-registering the room from the night before at an additional charge of one nights’ accommodation.
Non-guaranteed late departures and early arrivals will not be confirmed prior to the day of arrival or departure.

CHILDREN‘S POLICY
Children are most welcome at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa.
Children under 12 years (maximum 2) per room sharing with two full paying adults are accommodated free of charge, including breakfast.
We recommend that children over the age of 16 be accommodated in a separate room.
Mountain Facing and Luxury rooms can only accommodate a cot.
All other rooms and suites can accommodate an additional bed and are in some instances fitted with a sleeper couch to accommodate two children.
There are a limited number of beds and cots available.
Childminders may be reserved through the hotel. Wherever possible, please book this service 24 hours in advance.

TRANSFERS
The hotel offers a complimentary transport service to and from the City Center and V&A Waterfront throughout the day.
Airport transfers, whether by car or helicopter, may be made with the reservations department. The Twelve Apostles Heli Stop is situated behind the hotel and is a direct transfer to Cape Town International Airport.
