What is included
Your stay at Camp Okavango is inclusive of accommodation, all meals, local brand drinks, scheduled game-viewing activities, park entrance fees and laundry service.
What is not included
Gratuities, curios and items of a personal nature. Premium brand drinks.
Children
No children under 12 years accepted. No children under the age of 16 are allowed on walking safaris. No childcare/baby-sitters are provided for at any of our properties. Children must be under the care of their parents at all times. No children to share in the Camp Okavango suite. Children aged 16 yrs (inclusive) & younger to share with a parent at all times.
How to get there
Access by charter aircraft from Kasane (served by road transfers from Victoria Falls and Livingstone) and Maun to Camp Okavango private registered airstrip or by unique boat transfer from Camp Moremi.
Airstrip co-ordinates
Camp Okavango airstrip: 17.07S 23.06E. The airstrip is 800 metres long, grass and in good condition. The maximum aircraft size recommended is Cessna 206. Twin-engined aircraft are not allowed to land except with permission from DCA.
Electricity
Generator power (AC 220V) is available during the day and evening. Video batteries can be recharged. Rooms are equipped with a 220-volt AC plug for hairdryers and 12-volt DC lighting for nighttime use, after the generator has been switched off.

Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards are accepted, but not American Express.
